Sources of Variation in Foreign Exchange Reserves in India during April-December 2015

Preliminary data on India’s balance of payments (BoP) for the third quarter (Q3) i.e., October-December 2015-16 are presented in Statements I (BPM6 format) and II (old format). RBI signs Currency Swap Agreement with the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan
Photograph The Reserve Bank of India today signed a SAARC Currency Swap Agreement with the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan (RMBA). Under the arrangement, the RMBA can make drawals of US dollar, Euro or Indian Rupee in multiple tranches up to a maximum of US$ 100 million or its equivalent.
