Draft Guidelines on Fair Practices Code for NBFCs
(i) Applications for loans and their processing (a) Loan application forms should include necessary information which affects the interest of the borrower, so that a meaningful comparison with the terms and conditions offered by other NBFCs can be made and informed decision can be taken by the borrower. Draft Guidelines for banks for undertaking PD business
As announced in the Annual Policy Statement for the year 2005-06, it has now been decided that permitted structure of PD business will be expanded to include banks, which fulfill certain minimum criteria subject to safeguards.
