RBI releases the results of forward looking Surveys
The Reserve Bank of India today released on its website the results of the following Surveys: Consumer Confidence Survey (CCS) – May 2021 Inflation Expectations Survey of Households (IESH) – May 2021 Survey of Professional Forecasters on Macroeconomic Indicators– Round1 70th The Survey results are based on the feedback received from the respondents to the Surveys and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Reserve Bank of India. Sectoral Deployment of Bank Credit - April 2021
Data on sectoral deployment of bank credit collected from select 33 scheduled commercial banks, accounting for about 90 per cent of the total non-food credit deployed by all scheduled commercial banks for the month of April 2021, are set out in Statements I and II. Today, the Reserve Bank released Quarterly Statistics on Deposits and Credit of Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs), March 2021 on its Database on Indian Economy (DBIE) portal (web-link: https://dbie.rbi.org.in/DBIE/dbie.rbi?site=publications#!3).
