Minutes of the pre-bid meeting

A reference is invited to the E-Tender no. RBI/Guwahati/HRMD/5/25-26/ET/745[Deployment of sniffer dogs] which was uploaded / floated under “Tenders” link of RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) and MSTC portal and also advertised in newspapers on December 24, 2025.

2. In the above context, it is hereby informed that following instructions have been revised as under:

PART I, SECTION II: INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS (Page 11)

2.7(i) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) / Bid security: The Tenderer shall provide EMD of ₹24,600/- through NEFT to “Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati” by credit to the A/c No. - 8692299, IFSC – RBIS0GWPA01. The EMD shall be in form of a NEFT. No interest on EMD shall be paid.

Para 1, Sl. No. xvi) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): - The tenderer should deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹24,600/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand Six Only). The E-Tender without the EMD will be Rejected by the Bank.

PART-I, SECTION-V TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Page 37)

Clause XIII) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): - Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹24,600/- (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Only) is to be submitted by February 01, 2026, upto 17:00 hrs in the form of NEFT. The EMD amount is to be transferred via NEFT only (in account details are given above). Failure to comply with this condition will render the Tender void and the Tender will be rejected. The amount of EMD will be returned to all the Tenderers after the completion of the Tender process. No interest shall be paid on this deposit.

3. This Corrigendum shall form the part of bid document / Agreement. Rest of the Terms and condition and specifications of bid document shall continue to remain same. The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. The submission of application by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.

4. In case any vendors have already uploaded their bids to the MSTC portal before issuance of this Corrigendum, they may revise their bids and re-upload their bids to the MSTC portal.
