The pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-Tender was scheduled at 11:00 AM on February 20, 2026 (Friday) at Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad.

RBI Clarification

Whether there will be change in BG amount in coins?

It was clarified that as mentioned in Section V of the tender document, bank reserves right to increase/decrease the BG amount during the contract period.

Whether PSARA License is mandatory?

It was clarified that it is not mandatory.

Whether there will be Labour charge revisions?

Labour charges will be as per minimum wages fixed by Government Order.

What are the conditions regarding the splitting of the scope of work in the case of Coin Transportation?

It was clarified that the conditions regarding the splitting of the scope of work are laid down in ‘Para I’ of Section V of the Tender Document for the Transportation of Coins.

Whether the labour license required?

It was clarified that the requirement of a labour license shall be as per the laws and acts applicable in the State of Gujarat.

Whether the payments will be made for travelling of empty trucks.

The payments will be made for trucks loaded with treasure only. No charges shall be paid for travel of empty trucks.
