Agenda Papers relating to Board Meetings of Nationalised Banks
Please refer to our Circular No.DBOD.No.BP.859/C.469 (W)-90 dated February 7, 1990 on the captioned subject. As per the circular nationalised banks have been forwarding agenda papers relating to their Board Meetings to Regional Office of Department of Banking Operations and Development.
2. The matter has been reviewed, and it has been decided that in future nationalised banks need not send copies of the agenda papers for their Board Meetings to Regional Offices of Reserve Bank of India.
