Please refer to our circular RPCD.LBS.BC.71/02.01.01/2001-02 dated March 27, 2001 advising you the change made in the assignment of SLBC convenorship to the States of Madhya Pradesh and Bihar respectively. An updated list of convenors of State Level Bankers Committees (SLBCs)/Union Territory Level Bankers Committees (ULTBCs) incorporating the changes was also enclosed with our circular No.RPCD.LBS.BC.50 /02.01.01/2000-01 dated February 2, 2001 for your information.

In this connection, we have since been informed by the Government of India vide copy of their letter dated November 25, 2004 the following change in the SLBC convenorship in respect of the state of Manipur which may please be noted and incorporated in the list referred to above.

Please acknowledge receipt to the concerned Regional Office of RBI.
