Directions under Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 - The Hindu Co-operative Bank Limited, Pathankot, Punjab - Modification
Reserve Bank of India had, in the public interest, issued Directions to The Hindu Co-operative Bank Limited, Pathankot, Punjab in exercise of powers vested in it under sub-section (1) of Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, from the close of business on March 25, 2019.
