Increase in Foreign investment limit/ceiling in an India Company under PIS : M/s NHC Foods Limited
The Reserve Bank of India today notified that M/s NHC Foods Limited has passed resolutions at the board of directors' level and a special resolution by the shareholders, agreeing to enhance the limit for purchase of its equity shares and convertible debentures by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) up to 49% and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/Persons of Indian Origins (PIOs) up to 24% through primary market and stock exchanges, under the Portfolio Investment Scheme of its paid up capital.
