Monitoring of Foreign Investment under the Portfolio Investment Scheme in Indian Companies - Removal from the Ban List- NRIs-M/s Somany Ceramics Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the aggregate foreign share holding by NRIs under Portfolio Investment Scheme in M/s Somany Ceramics Ltd. have gone below the prescribed threshold limit stipulated under the extant FDI Policy and FEMA regulations.
