We refer to the advertisement dated February 24, 2021 published on our website www.rbi.org.in inviting applications for the posts of Office Attendants Panel Year 2020. On the basis of performance of the candidates in the online Test, Recruiting Office–wise list of roll numbers of the provisionally shortlisted candidates is given in the link provided below: -

2. This list is provisional, subject to the candidates clearing Language Proficiency Test (LPT), identity verification through photograph capturing, being found medically fit and submitting acceptable documentary evidence in respect of all eligibility criteria such as Age, Educational qualification, Category, Domicile, Caste Certificate as per the Government of India approved formats etc. as stipulated in the advertisement dated February 24, 2021 and relieving letter from the previous employer (if any). It may please be noted that in the absence of required certificates/documents, candidates may not be appointed in the Bank. Decision of the Bank in all matters pertaining to selection process shall be final and binding.

3. Reference is also drawn towards para 5 of the advertisement, whereby all provisionally shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT) which shall be of qualifying nature. Please note that graduates and candidates possessing higher qualification are not eligible as indicated in the advt.

In this connection, candidates are advised to take a print out of the proforma as mentioned below:

i. 6 copies of Attestation Form (all in original) and 2 copies of Bio-data form filled in neatly by the candidates (All candidates).

ii. OBC Declaration in original and a copy of latest OBC Caste certificate in the prescribed format (for OBC candidates).

iii. A copy of latest SC/ST Caste Certificate in the prescribed format (for SC/ST candidates).

iv. Appropriate NOC / release certificate as provided in Annex II of the advertisement (for Ex-Servicemen).

v. Disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority (for PWBD Candidates).

vi. A copy of “Income and Asset Certificate” issued by a Competent Authority in the format prescribed in DoPT Office Memorandum No.36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated January 31, 2019. For submitting income and asset certificate by the candidate, the date may be treated as the closing date of receipt of applications for the post i.e. March 15, 2021 (for EWS Candidates).

Candidates are also requested to take a print out of the relevant proformae, duly complete them and send along with self-attested copies of certificates as mentioned in para 2 above to the Regional Director, Human Resource Management Department at the addresses appended below of the respective Regional Offices, for which they have applied, by Courier/Speed Post so that it reaches them on or before July 22, 2021. Please mention “Office Attendant PY 2020” on the envelope.
