RBI to issue Rs. 10 denomination bank notes with inset letter `S' in both numbering panels in Mahatma Gandhi series with Dr.Y.V.Reddy's signature

The Reserve Bank of India will shortly be issuing Rs.10 denomination bank notes with inset letter `S' in both numbering panels in Mahatma Gandhi Series. These notes will bear the signature of Dr.Y.V.Reddy, Governor. Except for the change in inset letter, the design of these notes to be issued now is similar in all respect to those issued earlier in Mahatma Gandhi Series. All notes in the denomination of Rs.10 issued by the Reserve Bank will continue to be legal tender

Exchange Facility for Public in Corporation Bank, Mumbai
