Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Information Technology Cell, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati invites e-tenders, under two-part system (Part I and Part II - price bid) for the work of “Empanelment of Vendors for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Facility Management Services (FMS) of Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals for three years from FY 2026-27 to 2028-29 and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Facility Management Services (FMS) of Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals”, as per the Schedule of Tender (SOT). The tendering will be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (http://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi).

The estimated cost of work is ₹17.00 Lakh (exclusive of GST). The work shall initially be awarded for a period of twelve months from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and shall be renewable as applicable and detailed in the tender document.
