A pre-bid meeting for captioned e-tender was held on January 12, 2026, at 03:00 PM at the Palash Conference Room, Second floor, RBI Main Building, through offline mode.

3. A brief explanation of the e-tender, scope of work and corrigendum issued was given to the participants. Queries discussed in the meeting and the clarifications / comments given by the Bank are tabulated below:

1	The firm sought clarification and a demo on the actual process to be followed for digitisation of files.	A demonstration was provided to the firm related to digitisation of foreign investment related data. It was also informed that a document containing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) would be provided to the successful bidder.

4. All the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the Tender/Contract.
