The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on February 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the MPH, RBI, Dehradun, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the prospective bidders. The meeting was attended by the officials of HRMD and firm’s representatives. The following firms participated in the pre-bid meeting-
