1. Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) invites e-tender for “Renovation of Flooring & Kitchen in flat no. D1/55 at RBI Colony, Rabindra Nagar, New Delhi” from eligible and willing Companies/ Agencies/ Firms. The time for completions of work will be 30 days from the 10th day of award of work, as per laid down contractual obligations. The Tender along with the prices shall remain valid initially for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of Part – I (Techno-Commercial bid). The cost of tender is estimated at ₹ 12.23 lakhs/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh Twenty-Three Thousand only).

2. This is a Limited Tender and only those firms who are empaneled by RBI, New Delhi and registered on MSTC portal will be able to take part in the tendering process. The tender document for viewing /download will be available from 06:00 PM onwards on May 29, 2025 from the website www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/ and is also available on website https://website.rbi.org.in/web/rbi/tenders for download.

3. The Part-I of the tender will contain the Bank’s standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, which must be agreed to by the bidders. The Part-II (Price Bid) of the tender will contain the Bank’s schedule of quantities/services required and bidders’ price bid to be submitted online on MSTC portal only.

4. The duly filled in tender documents shall be uploaded on MSTC website https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/.

Participation in this tender is by invitation only and is limited to the selected Procuring Entity’s enlisted contractors. Unsolicited offers are liable to be ignored. However, contractors who desire to participate in such
tenders in future may apply for enlistment with RBI as per procedure.

5. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
