Alteration in the name of bank in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 -"JP Morgan Chase Bank" to "JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association"
We advise that the name of "JP Morgan Chase Bank" has been changed to "JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association" in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from November 13, 2004, in terms of notification DBOD.No.IBS.591/23.03.012/2004-05 dated December 06, 2004 published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated December 25, 2004.
