Cessation of “National Australia Bank” as a banking company within the meaning of sub –section (2) of Section 36 (A) of Banking Regulation Act, 1949

We advise that the “National Australia Bank” has ceased to be a banking company within the meaning of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 vide Notification DBR.IBD.No.10668/23.13.085/2018-19 dated June 24, 2019, and published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated July 27, 2019 – Aug 02, 2019.
