We advise that the name of 'IDBI Bank Limited' has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from April 02, 2005, in terms of notification DBOD.No.BP.BC.-1638/21.04.152/2004-05 dated April 13, 2005 which was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) on April 23, 2005.
