The Reserve Bank of India issued All Inclusive Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 to The Anjangaon Surji Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., Amravati, Maharashtra vide Directive No.CO.DOS.SED.No.S2698/12-07-005/2022-23 dated July 27, 2022 for a period of six months up to January 28, 2023.

The Reserve Bank of lndia is satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary to extend the period of operation of the Directive No.CO.DOS.SED.No.S2698/12-07- 005/2022-23 dated July 27, 2022 issued to The Anjangaon Surji Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., Amravati, Maharashtra. Accordingly, the Reserve Bank of lndia, in exercise of the powers vested in it under sub-section (1) of Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, hereby directs that the Directive No.CO.DOS.SED.No.S2698/12-07-005/2022-23 dated July 27, 2022, issued to The Anjangaon Surji Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., Amravati, shall continue to apply to the bank for a further period of three months from January 29, 2023 to April 28, 2023 subject to review.

3. All other terms and conditions of the Directives under reference shall remain unchanged.
