Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies - Incorporation in Ban List - FIIs/RFPIs : M/s Prestige Estate Projects Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) in M/s Prestige Estate Projects Ltd. has crossed the limit of 24 per cent of its paid up capital.
