Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting - Interior Renovation Work of proposed Board Room at 4th Floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Jaipur

Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on January 09, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Estate Department, RBI, Jaipur. List of participants is furnished in the Annexure. A brief description of the renovation works was given to the intended bidders and the expected design models were also shown to them. Summary of the discussion held in the meeting is tabulated below:

1.	A query was raised regarding the Prequalification Criteria.	The ‘Prequalification Criteria’ as mentioned in the tender document was explained to the bidders. Further, material/s to be used and their application was also clarified to the bidders.
2.	Query regarding deposition of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) was raised.	It was clarified that all intended bidders (including MSMEs) have to necessarily submit the EMD. The bidders were advised with respect to submission of e-tender and the associated EMD in a timely manner.

2. Thereafter, on request of the bidders, a site visit of the proposed location was also facilitated.
