Pre-bid meeting was held on December 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:10 PM at Conference Room, 14th Floor, DIT, CO, Central Office Building, RBI, Fort, Mumbai. The details of the participants are :

2. Following a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the E-tender, few queries were raised by the participants, which were clarified by the Bank. The summary of the same is furnished below:

1	Whether scope of the work for implementation of ISO 22301-2019 Certification involves consultancy services?	It was clarified that the scope of the work mentioned in the RFP is for ISO 22301-2019 Certification only.
2	Whether bidders are required to submit bids for all five locations including the one for “New Greenfield Data Centre, Bhubaneshwar”.	Bidders are required to submit the bids for five locations including the one for “New Greenfield Data Centre, Bhubaneshwar (NGDC)”. Implementation and surveillance audit cycle of NGDC Bhubaneshwar will be initiated as soon as the DC is operational and will be coterminous with audit cycle of other Data centres.
