Please refer to the tender notice e-tender no. RBI/Guwahati/Estate/6/25-26/ET/686 dated December 11, 2025, uploaded on Bank’s website and the MSTC portal (https://mstcecommerce.com/eprocn) on December 11, 2025, for the captioned work.

2. In this connection, it is hereby informed that due to a technical error in updating the Bids on MSTC portal the tender is replaced with a new e-tender (RBI/Guwahati/Estate/11/25-26/ET/895) for the same work.

3.The bidders who have already deposited the EMD but could not submit their bids for the tender RBI/Guwahati/Estate/6/25-26/ET/686 will remain valid, and such bidders are advised to submit their bids through newly created e-tender (RBI/Guwahati/Estate/11/25-26/ET/895) on MSTC portal. All the bidders, who have not deposited EMD and were unable to submit their bids, may proceed to submit their bids through newly created e- tender on MSTC portal.

4. The revised important instructions to the bidders are as under:

II.	Date of Starting of e-Tender for submission of online Technical Bid and Financial/Price Bid at www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn	January 23, 2026 at 10:00 am onwards
III.	Last Date of submission of EMD	February 06, 2026 at 12:00 PM
IV.	Date & Time of closing of online e-tender for submission of Techno-Commercial Bid & Price Bid (Close Bid Date & Time)	February 06, 2026 at 12:00 PM
V.	Date & time of opening of art-I - Technical Bid Part-II – Financial/Price Bid: Date of opening of Part II	February 06, 2026 at 2:00 PM Shall be informed separately through e-mail
