2. An offline pre-bid meeting (for the said tender) was conducted at 11:00 AM on January 16, 2026, at Estate department in the Bank’s Main Office building.

As requested, Participants were allowed to visit site for better assessment of work. They have visited the site along with Junior Engineer (Tech. Civil) and assessed the work requirement.

a. This document shall form an integral part of the e-tender, all other parts of the e-tender shall remain unchanged, and the bid submission shall be deemed to be in conformity with the tender document and amendments/clarifications (if any).
