The Pre-Bid Meeting of the Tender floated for Providing Maintenance Attendants at the Premises of Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi was held on February 26, 2026 at 11:30 AM in conference room of RBI, Ranchi. The meeting was attended by representatives from three Firms. The list of participants is enclosed in the Annexure to this document.

Whether Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are exempted from remittance / submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)?

(a) All the intending bidders (including MSMEs) shall mandatorily submit EMD before the prescribed date and time mentioned in the tender document.

(b) For more information, kindly refer to ‘Clause No. 4 – Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Section III – Terms and Conditions of the Contract (Page No. 17 of the tender document).

Whether Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are given preference for Average Turn Over?
