Exclusion of “UBS AG” – from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934

We advise that the “UBS AG” has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide Notification DBR.IBD.No.7718/ 23.13.062/2015-16 dated January 12, 2016 and published in the Gazette of India (Part III Section 4) dated April 30, 2016 – May 6, 2016.
