The name of High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited has since been changed to CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited, as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Accordingly, we have issued a ‘Certificate of Registration’ to CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited on August 22, 2014 to carry on the business of the credit Information.
