Result of Phase-I/Paper-I examination for Recruitment of Officers in Grade B - DR (General), DEPR/DSIM - 2021

(i) Result of Phase-I examination for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (General) (DR)-2021 and (ii) Results of Paper I examination for Officers in Gr ‘B’ for Department of Economics and Policy Research-2021, (iii) Results of Paper I for Officers in Gr ‘B’ for Department of Information and Statistics - 2021.

  2. Roll Numbers of the candidates who have been shortlisted for the Phase-II-Paper II and III for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ - DEPR -2021

  3. Roll Numbers of the candidates who have been shortlisted for the Phase-II –Paper II and III for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ - DSIM -2021

(2) Examination schedule for Phase II examination for GR B DR (General)-2021 and Paper II and Paper III examinations for DEPR and DSIM -2021 will be as follows:

Note I:

A. Links to download the admission letters containing examination timings and Information Hand-outs etc., will be available on RBI Website shortly.

B. Individual Mark Sheet & category-wise cut off ONLY for Gr B DR (General)-2021 Phase-I examination will be displayed in interactive manner on the website within fifteen working days.

(3) All shortlisted candidates should submit following documents latest by March 22, 2021 to RBISB on e-mail ID documentsrbisb@rbi.org.in Please note following points while sending documents:

  • Documents should be sent from registered e-mail ID only.

  • All Documents must be in PDF format and self-certified.

  • Page size of the document to be A4.

  • All documents should be scanned in one single file in the same serial as mentioned below.

  • The size of the e-mail should not exceed 20 MB.

  • Please ensure that Documents uploaded are clear and readable.

  • While sending above documents, e-mail subject should be Registration Number-Name of the Candidate-Post/s Grade B DR General/DEPR/DSIM (as the case may be)

I. All Candidates:

a. BIO-DATA (filled in original and scanned)

b. Proof of Date of Birth: Matriculation Passing Certificate or Secondary School leaving certificate or Birth Certificate issued by Competent Authority. No other documents shall be considered for verification of Date of Birth. Name mentioned in Matriculation Passing Certificate shall be considered for verification of name with online application form and below mentioned documents. Candidates claiming change in name after Matriculation should ensure that in case of any discrepancy between name recorded in the Matriculation with other certificates/documents an affidavit in ORIGINAL is required to be produced at the time of interview that both the name/names in the certificates belong to one and same person.

c. Certificate of Educational Qualification: Marksheet of Graduation /Equivalent technical or professional qualification or Post-Graduation / Equivalent technical qualification of all Semesters/Years and degree/diploma certificate awarded by the university.

Note: As regards academic qualification, if instead of percentage of marks, Aggregate Grade Points (i.e. CGPA/OGPA/CPI, etc.) are allotted, then the candidate must forward the criteria for conversion as defined by the Board/University/Institute. The conversion criterion must be printed on the mark-sheet or the candidate must obtain a certified copy from Competent Authority of the Board/University/Institute and forward the same to us. If they fail to do so, then the conversion criteria as mentioned at note II to para 3 (III) of the recruitment advertisement no. 1A/2021-21 will be applied.

d. OBC candidates: In addition to a, b, c above, a copy of latest OBC CASTE CERTIFICATE (issued on or after 1st of January 2020) and OBC DECLARATION in original as per the prescribed format.

e. SC/ST candidates: In addition to a, b, c above, latest SC / ST CASTE CERTIFICATE as per the prescribed format.

f. EWS Candidates: In addition to a, b, c above, a copy of “Income and Asset Certificate” issued by a Competent Authority in the format prescribed in DoPT Office Memorandum No.36039/1/2019-Estt(Res) dated January 31, 2019. The candidate may please note that they should be in possession of valid “Income and Assets Certificate” as per extant DoPT guidelines on or before the closure of online application date.

g. PwBD candidates – In addition to a, b, c [and d/f-if applicable] above, disability certificate/s in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority. The Candidates who have availed the facility of a scribe (other than the Visually Impaired candidates) will have to produce a medical certificate from an authorised Govt. of India/State Govt. Department/Hospital, to the effect that the candidate has physical limitation to write including that of speed. This certificate will be required in addition to his/her disability certificate. The medical certificate about physical limitation to write, including that of speed, should be dated prior to the date of on-line/written exam/test.

h. Staff candidates should submit their documents through the HRMD/Staff section of respective Regional Office/COD/TRAINING ESTABLISHMENT.

i. If the shortlisted candidate has taken any benefit of age relaxation, he/she should submit the relevant certificate.

(4) Brief details about conduct of Phase-II examinations for Gr B DR (General)- 2021

The Phase-II online examination for Gr B DR (General) 2021 will be conducted on April 1, 2021, only for the candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of results of Phase-I examination. This examination will be in two shifts. Candidates are required to appear in both the shifts. SEPERATE ADMISSION LETTERS SHOULD BE DOWNLOADED FOR MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS from RBI website. The time of Phase-II examination/shifts and venue of examinations is indicated in both the Admission Letters. The link for downloading Admission letter, Information Hand-out for Phase-II exam & Instruction to PwBD candidates/ Joint undertaking / Declaration form, for PwBD using scribe, will shortly be made available on RBI website. Centre for Phase –II exam will be the centre for Phase II exam as opted by the candidates in their online application. No request for change of center/ venue will be entertained.

The Paper-II and Paper III examinations for Officers in Gr 'B' DEPR and DSIM- 2021 will be conducted on March 31, 2021, only for the candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of results of Paper -I examinations. Candidates are required to appear in both the papers (Paper II and Paper III). SEPERATE ADMISSION LETTERS SHOULD BE DOWNLOADED FOR MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS of the from RBI website. The time of Paper II and Paper III examinations and venue of examinations is indicated in both the Admission Letters. Disclaimer: Though utmost care has been taken while preparing the Result, the Board reserves the right to rectify inadvertent errors, if any.

It has come to the notice of Reserve Bank of India that some fraudsters falsely promising to offer job for the posts in the bank are sending Appointment letters through emails by using fake domains which do not belong to the Reserve Bank of India, but these could be deceptively similar involving use of words such as RBI, RESERVEBANK, etc.

It is hereby clarified that recruitments for various posts filled by the bank are advertised on our official website. Also, all details regarding recruitment e.g. Call letters, interview schedule, final result, etc., are published only on our official website https://opportunities.rbi.org.in. In view of this, the Reserve Bank of India cautions members of public to be aware of such fake Appointment letters issued by fraudsters promising job in the Bank. Any Advertisements/ Communication from other sources should be cross verified for authenticity from the website.
