Statistics in the World of RBI - Duvvuri Subbarao
We are gathered here today for the 5th Annual Statistics Day Conference of the Reserve Bank to honour the signal contribution of late Prof. P.C. Mahalanobis to the Indian statistical system. Let me start by noting that the United Nations declared October 20, 2010 as the first World Statistics Day.
