2. The queries from the prospective bidders regarding the captioned tender and clarifications for the same are as follows:

1	Which all documents to be submitted needs to be attested by a CA?	All supporting documents other than the tender document like experience certificate, client certificate etc. need to be attested by a CA.
2.	Whether PSA should have presence in minimum three states including the State of Bihar?	Yes, PSA should have a presence in minimum three states with valid PSARA 2005 license for each state separately including for the state of Bihar.
3	Whether any service charge component in the financial bid (as per the excel sheet) can be zero?	Any component in the financial bid cannot be zero and the cumulative sum of all the components (A1+B1+C1+D1) as mentioned in tender document (page number 45) should not be less than 5%.
4	Whether the experience or client certificate should be from public institutions only?	Experience or client certificate shall be from the Government / Public / Private institutions, as applicable.
5	Whether the quoted service charge is inclusive of GST?	No, the PSA must quote service charge exclusive of GST.

Please note:
A	This document (Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting) shall form a part of the tender/ agreement. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers.
B	Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender documents shall continue to remain the same.
C	The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.
D	The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications given above.
E	In case any vendors have already uploaded their bids to the MSTC portal before issuance of this Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting, they are advised to revise their bids and re upload their bids to the MSTC portal.
