The pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was scheduled in offline mode on December 10, 2025 at 12.00 PM. at Estate Cell, BKC.

4. The queries discussed in the meeting and the clarification/comments given by the Bank are given below:

1	Please note that as per measurement taken by us at site, size of side rack shutter will be about 0.66 × 1.90 mtr. This size of shutter may require thicker shutter than specified and shutters with more thickness will be edge banded.	The size of shutter shall vary from flat to flat as per the site conditions. The size of shutter including periphery framework would be approximate about 0.66 × 1.90 mtr. The thickness of the shutter shall be as per the specification mentioned in the tender and there is no change. Further, it is reiterated that the mode of measurement of the item no. 2 is sqm, as per Schedule of Quantities and accordingly, the payment shall be done.

All terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
