An open tender for the captioned work was floated on November 14, 2025. As per the Schedule of Tender, the Pre-bid meeting was held on December 08, 2025 at 11.30 AM in Premises Department, 5th floor Fort, Mumbai.

2. A brief of the e-tender and scope of work was explained to all the participants. Queries discussed in the meeting and the clarifications / comments given by the Bank are tabulated below:

1	Query regarding submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)	It is clarified that the bidders may refer to clause 3.11.1 of Section-III of tender document regarding submission of EMD.
2	Query regarding video for Physical testing with real vehicle (not simulated attack) along with crash testing certificate w.r.t CRBB.	It is clarified that the bidder may upload video for physical testing with real vehicle (not simulated attack) in e-procurement portal / submit through e-mail / submit physical memory device. Further, crash testing certificate shall be uploaded with the tender documents.
3	Query regarding type of UVSS viz., portable / mobile type and its installation without pit.	It is clarified that the portable / mobile type UVSS is not acceptable by the Bank, bidders may strictly follow the technical specification of the tender document.
4	Query regarding video feature of UVSS-whether the UVSS shall produce videos of suspicious objects or not.	It is clarified that the offered UVSS shall comply with the technical specification of the tender i.e., The UVSS shall produce videos of suspicious objects that are hard to see via single view scanning systems, including visual access to cavities and niches, areas around suspensions, below the engine areas, side wall of fuel tanks & exhaust pipes etc.

Note: 1. The intending participant was advised that no deviation in commercial terms and conditions will be accepted by the Bank and all other technical specifications should be strictly adhered to as per tender.

2. This document shall form part of the tender. Hence, shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers.

The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks to the participants.
