Failure to comply with this condition will render the tender void, and the tender will be rejected. Please note that the vendors will have access to the online e-tender only after receipt of the transaction fee by NEFT in favour of MSTC Limited.
EMD will not carry any interest. It would be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within 10 working days of the award of the contract. In the case of a successful bidder, the EMD will be refunded after payment of the security deposit in the form of a valid bank guarantee and execution of the contract. EMD shall be forfeited if the bidder withdraws his bid during the period of tender validity or fails to execute the contract upon award of work. |
