Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur invites two-part tender by e-tender mode from the contractors empaneled with Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Nagpur in category of General Civil Works costing between ₹10 Lakh to ₹25 Lakh for the captioned work. The tendering would be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/). All interested eligible empaneled contractors must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above-mentioned website to participate in the tendering process.

The schedule of e-Tender is as follows:

a. E-tender No.	RBI/Nagpur Regional Office/Estate/8/24-25 /ET/529[Renovation of one Cl III TRSQ]
b. Name of work	Renovation of one Class III Block at Bank’s Telangkhedi Road Staff Quarters, Nagpur
c. Estimated cost	Rs. 24.70 lakh /- (including GST)
d. Earnest Money Deposit	To be deposited by successful bidder only, after intimation of award of work @2% of the total contract amount in the form of NEFT or BG or DD in favour of Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur, to be submitted within 14 days from date of award of work.
e. Mode of Tender.	e-Procurement System (Online Part I - Techno-Commercial Bid and Part II - Price Bid) through (https:/www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn)
f. Date of NIT available to parties to download	October 15, 2024 at 19:00 Hrs
g. Date of starting of e-tender for submission of online Techno-Commercial Bid and price Bid at https://mstcecommerce.com/eprocn	November 12, 2024 at 14:00 Hrs.
h. Pre-Bid meeting (Offline)	The meeting will be conducted on November 11, 2024 at 11:00 Hrs, in Conference Hall, MOB, RBI, Nagpur
i. Date of closing of online e-tender for submission of Techno-Commercial Bid & Price Bid.	13:00 Hrs on November 25, 2024.
j. Date and time of opening of Part-I (Techno-commercial bid) and Part II- (Price Bid)	15:00 Hrs. on November 25, 2024.
k. Transaction Fee	Payment of Transaction Fee as mentioned in the MSTC portal through MSTC payment gateway / NEFT / RTGS in favour of MSTC Limited.

2. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest Tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason therefor.

3. Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website and MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
