Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies- Removal from Ban List - FIIs/RPIs : M/s IDFC Limited
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/ Foreign Portfolios Investors (FPIs) in M/s IDFC Limited have gone below the prescribed FII/FPI investment limit.
