Developments in India’s Balance of Payments during the Third Quarter (October-December) of 2019-20
Preliminary data on India’s balance of payments (BoP) for the third quarter (Q3), i.e., October-December 2019-20, are presented in Statements I (BPM6 format) and II (old format). RBI issues directions for permitting Rupee derivatives (with settlement in foreign currency) to be traded in International Financial Services Centres (IFSCs)
Today, the Reserve Bank of India released directions u/s 45 W of the Reserve Bank of India Act,1934 permitting Rupee derivatives (with settlement in foreign currency) to be traded in International Financial Services Centres (IFSCs).
