The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned work was held at 11.30 hrs. on February 02, 2026, at Office Building, as per the Notice Inviting Tender published in RBI website and MSTC Portal.

3. The representatives visited the site along with the Bank Officials and the following queries were put forth by the representatives.

Whether the AC duct Panelling to be removed, kindly confirm the same

As per tender conditions, the AC duct removal, etc. are in scope of Contractor.

The height of storage cabinets not mentioned in description, kindly confirm

As per tender specifications all the storage cabinets are of minimum 420 mm wide and the height for cabinets are maximum 2100 mm and 1500 mm for large cabinets and for storage units below windowsill it is 750 mm. The details of same shall be shared with bidders

The vitrified/ digital ceramic tiles size and make, kindly confirm.

The List of Approved make is mentioned in Tender Part I and all bidders are requested to kindly refer that. In case of unavailability of any material of approved make, the same shall be got approved by Bank’s Engineer before installation.

The demountable office cabin partitions shade.

As pe the specifications mentioned in item No. 9 (a), the same must be in either Black or Dark Grey

The firms have requested to separate 3-D drawings to be shared.

Architectural drawings to be shared with all the firms eligible for participation in tender.

Whether Granite sill/ jambs to be provided for fixing of uPVC windows, kindly confirm.

The existing windows must be completely removed without damaging the wall lining and granite sill and the new uPVC windows to be fixed over the existing sill. No separate Granite sill/ jamb to be provided.

Whether any separate tile beading to be provided at junction of carpet flooring and vitrified tiles, kindly confirm

As per tender specifications mentioned in item No. 3(b), carpet floor transitions profile needs to be provided at the junction of vitrified flooring and carpet tiles. The profiles are readily available in market and included in the scope of work. Contractors are requested to quote accordingly.

Whether carpet flooring and vitrified/ ceramic flooring be in same level, kindly confirm

The carpet flooring and vitrified/ ceramic tile shall be at same level for seamless and trip-free floor.

The firms have enquired regarding work timing and completion of work.

It was made clear that the work shall be carried out on weekends and holidays including working till late hours as directed by Bank’s Engineer for completion of work within stipulated time frame. The Contractors shall quote accordingly keeping in view above mentioned factors.

i) This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender.

ii) The terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same.

iii) The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.
