In pursuance of the announcement made in the Statement on Developmental and Regulatory Policies dated December 04, 2020 regarding the review of Comprehensive Guidelines on Derivatives, the Reserve Bank of India has released today the Draft Reserve Bank of India (Market-makers in OTC Derivatives) Directions, 2020. Comments on the Draft Directions are invited from banks, market participants and other interested parties by January 15, 2021.
