Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934- The Global Trust Bank Limited
We advise that the name of "The Global Trust Bank Ltd" has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from November 20, 2004, i.e. the date on which the relative notification DBOD.No.PSBS.BC.42/16.01.129/2004-05 dated September 15, 2004 was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4).
