भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (विदेशी मुद्रा विभाग) केंद्रीय कार्यालय मुंबई - 400 001 अधिसूचना सं. फेमा. 23(आर)/2026-आरबी 13 जनवरी 2026 विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध (माल और सेवाओं का निर्यात तथा आयात) विनियमावली, 2026 विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 42) की धारा 7, धारा 8, धारा 10 की उप-धारा (6) तथा धारा 47 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध (माल और सेवाओं का निर्यात) विनियमावली, 2015 (12 जनवरी 2016 की अधिसूचना सं. फेमा 23(आर)/2015-आरबी) को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किए गये अथवा छोड़े गये कार्यों के अलावा, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, यथा:-

भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध (गारंटी) विनियमावली, 2026 को जारी किया है। प्राधिकृत व्यापारी बैंकों को निदेश दिया जाता है कि वे ऐसी गारंटी, जिसका कोई भी पक्षकार भारत के बाहर का निवासी व्यक्ति हो, की सुविधा प्रदान करते समय उक्त विनियमावली द्वारा निर्देशित हों। प्राधिकृत व्यापारी बैंक यह भी ध्यान रखें कि भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के विनियमन विभाग द्वारा जारी वि‍नि‍यामक दिशानिर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
