A ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ of the intending bidders and Bank’s officials, for the captioned work was convened as per schedule at 14:30 Hrs. on June 26, 2025. List of the intending bidders who attended the pre-bid meeting is given in Annexure- A.

The following queries were raised by intending bidders during the pre-bid meeting. Clarifications given by the Bank with respect to query raised are furnished below:

The following points were further clarified by the Bank.

1) With regard to Item No 1 of the BOQ/SOQ comprising of sub-items mentioned in the Annexure – 9 (Page 131 to 155). Intending bidders shall quote L.S rate / amount while bidding, which shall be the total of individual items. Intending bidders are advised to download this Annexure-9 in PDF, uploaded along with other tender documents, take print outs of the same, fill-in the rates of each individual item and amount of each item, in figures, in the respective colums / rows, provided therein and upload the scanned copies of the same, along with Part-II of the tender ONLY without fail, while submitting the e-tenders.

2) Intending bidders are advised to visit the site to familiarise with the site conditions.

3) The bidders are advised to submit their bids in MSTC portal, submit EMD to the Bank well before the last date for bidding, to avoid any technical issues in the last minute.

Note: This minute of pre-bid meeting is for information of all the intending bidders and shall form a part of the tender document. The minutes of meeting should be signed by all the bidders and should be uploaded along with their bids.
