The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has, by an order dated January 02, 2026, imposed a monetary penalty of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) on Shaha Finlease Private Limited, Mumbai (the company), for non-compliance with certain directions issued by RBI on ‘Fair Practices Code’.
