These Directions shall supersede the earlier Directions on the subject, namely, the Reserve Bank of India (Frauds - Classification and Reporting by commercial banks and select FIs) Directions 2016 (Ref.DBS.CO.CFMC.BC.No.1/23.04.001/2016-17) dated July 01, 2016 (Updated as on July 03, 2017).
