Reserve Bank of India, Chennai invites e-Tender (two parts) for the work – Limited tender for ‘e-tender for ‘‘General Repairs and External - Repainting of 5 Blocks, i.e., Twin Blocks C, D and Single Blocks A, B, E at Besant Nagar Staff Quarters, Chennai 600090’’ The tendering process will be done only through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn). All interested bidders (Empaneled for General Repairs and repainting works up to ₹25 lakhs) shall, register themselves with MSTC Ltd, through the above-mentioned website to participate in the tendering process.

The schedule of e-Tender is as follows:

b. Name of work	‘General Repairs and External - Repainting of 5 Blocks, i.e., Twin Blocks C, D and Single Blocks A, B, E at Besant Nagar Staff Quarters, Chennai 600090’
c. Estimated cost	₹ 24.32 Lakh (including GST)
d. Earnest Money Deposit	2% of the ‘Contract Amount’, shall be remitted by the successful bidder as EMD, within 7 days, from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance of the tender by the Bank.
e. Mode of Tender.	e-Procurement System (Online Part I - Techno-Commercial Bid and Part II - Price Bid) through (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn) Guidelines for e-tender has been provided as Annexure - I.
f. Date of NIT available to parties to download	June 28, 2024.
g. Date of starting of e-tender for submission of online Techno-Commercial Bid and price Bid at https://mstcecommerce.com/eprocn	July 08, 2024 at 11:00 Hrs.
h. Date of closing of online e-tender for submission of Techno-Commercial Bid & Price Bid.	11:00 Hrs on July 12, 2024.
i. Date & time of opening of Tender	Part I (Techno-Commercial Bid) of the tender shall be opened at 11:30 Hrs. on July 12, 2024. If no special conditions are put forth by the bidders, Price Bid (Part II) of the e-tenders shall also be opened thereafter on the same day or else the same shall be opened on a subsequent date which shall be intimated to the bidders through e-mail.
j. Validity of the tender	03 months from the date of opening of the PART- I of the Tender.
k. Transaction Fee	Payment of Transaction Fee as mentioned in the MSTC portal through MSTC payment gateway / NEFT / RTGS in favour of MSTC Limited.
