The pre-bid meeting on captioned tender was held on June 02, 2025 at 11:00 AM at 4th floor, Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), Reserve Bank of India Guwahati - 781001. Following participants were present at the meeting –

Queries discussed in the meeting and the clarification/comments given by the Bank are given below-

1	Can the EMD be submitted in Bank Guarantee format?	No. The EMD has to be deposited through NEFT in favor of Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati in the A/c No. - 8692299, IFSC – RBIS0GWPA01 mentioning the Name/ Company Name/ Name of Tender in NEFT transaction remarks.
2	Is the requirement of 50 man-powers mentioned in the E-Tender inclusive of relievers?	It is required to deploy minimum 50 persons (03 Supervisor & 47 cleaning personnel to ensure cleaning at Bank’s MOP (except weekly off) and Bank’s Residential Quarters at G.S. Road and Zoo Narengi Road Colony (except weekly off). Sufficient number of female cleaning personnel, depending upon the requirement of the office, may be included to clean the female washrooms in office premises.
3	Are the wages to be paid as per rates set by the Chief Labour Commissioner (CLC) or as per State Govt. rates?	The wages have to be paid as per the extant instructions issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner (CLC), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India.
4	Will bonus be paid?	Bonus is payable in accordance with the Payment of Bonus Act 1965.
5	What insurance cover is to be provided to the supervisors?	It is required to take insurance policies (workmen compensation policy, Contractors All Risk policy, and Third Party-Liability Policy) for the staff deployed, wherever applicable under law of the land.

a. The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.
b. Bidders shall note that all the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the Tender/Contract.
c. All other terms and conditions as specified in the tender document shall continue to remain the same.
