Whether liaisoning with present UPS AMC vendor needs to be done during the work.

Liaisoning needs to carried out with the present UPS AMC vendor as per para 5 under general instructions. No extra charges need to be paid by the successful vendor for co-ordination purpose.

Section IV – battery rack and cables

Whether battery racks have to be provided and battery interconnection cables needs to be changed or not.

Existing battery racks may be used if it is compatible with the size of proposed model of batteries or else new battery racks have to be provided without any extra cost to the Bank.
Battery interconnection cables needs to be replaced as per Section IV of technical specifications.

Tax invoice for old batteries

Whether tax invoice shall be issued for old batteries or not.

Rebate for old batteries will be adjusted from payable amount. No invoice will be issued.

Whether Bank will carry the factory inspection or not regarding Factory Inspection.

Firm will be required to submit all the test certificates as per para 3.7 (a). Factory inspection prior to dispatch may be at the discretion of the Bank.

Whether Electrical supervisory License/ wireman license is required or not.
