The Reserve Bank of India issued All Inclusive Directions to The Bidar Mahila Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bidar – Karnataka under Section 35 A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act,1949 vide Directive DCBS.CO.BSD-III.No.D-8/12.23.212/2018-19 dated February 21, 2019, for a period of six months with effect from close of business as on February 28, 2019 upto August 31, 2019 which were extended for a further period of six months upto February 29, 2020 vide Directive vide DCBR.CO.AID.No.D-11/ 12.04.001/2019-20 dated August 20, 2019.

The Reserve Bank of India is satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary to extend the period of operation of the Directive DCBS.CO.BSD-III.No.D-8/12.23.212/2018-19 dated February 21, 2019 issued to Bidar Mahila Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bidar – Karnataka. Accordingly, the Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers vested in it under sub-section (1) of Section 35 A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, hereby directs that the Directive No. DCBS.CO.BSD-III.No.D-8/12.23.212/2018-19 dated February 21, 2019 issued to Bidar Mahila Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bidar – Karnataka, the validity of which was last extended vide DCBR.CO.AID.No.D-11/12.04.001/2019-20 dated August 20, 2019 upto February 29, 2020, shall continue to apply to the bank for a further period of six months from March 01, 2020 to August 31, 2020 subject to review. Other terms and conditions of the Directives under references shall remain unchanged.
