1. The captioned e-tender (Event no: RBI/Chennai Regional Office/Estate/48/24-25/ET/888[Printing of FL booklets]), was published on MSTC Portal and RBI website on February 12, 2025.

2. In terms of the said tender document, the Pre-Bid meeting of the above tender was conducted as per the schedule on February 14, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Conference Room – 3, 3rd floor, Main Office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai through offline mode.

3. The following staff members of RBI and representatives of intending bidders were present during the Pre-Bid meeting:
