Monitoring of Foreign Investment under PIS in Indian Companies-Incorporation in Ban List - NRIs : M/s Creative Merchants Limited
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign shareholding through Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in M/s Creative Merchants Limited has crossed the limit of 10 per cent of its paid-up capital.
